I hold in a Junior School, in central *******, as a HLTA supporting tall of the pupils and the pupils with SEN alongside the class teacher and the SENCo. The refine supports approximately 170 pupils, 40% of the pupils are on the SEN (special educational needs) register. Their needs are varied, including MLD (Mild learnedness Difficulties), BESD (Behaviour Emotional and Social Difficulties), SPLD (Specific study Difficulties), VI (Visually impaired) and ADHD(Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Dis pronounce). We are a multi cultural and fully inclusive school and are devoted to raising the improvement of pupils while recognising the diversity of all of the learners.
